Hi, still following your menus week to week. I love your mushroom barley soup and have had it twice so far. Tonight I made your potato soup and really enjoyed it. It works with almond milk as well as soy.

I do have a question. I love chickpeas, but you seem to have them a LOT! Don't you get tired of having them 2-3 times a week sometimes?

I'm so glad to hear you're enjoying the recipes! :) I love that potato soup, I should make that again soon!

I really, really love chickpeas. :) I buy them in 25 pound bags and sometimes make them just to snack on. But, I think you'll start seeing a shift to potatoes now in the blog. I'm trying to make a potato night to go along with our taco night, pasta night, and stir fry night. It makes meal planning simple that way. I really love potatoes, but it has taken my 4 year old a while to come around to them...but she likes them now. So maybe we'll be cutting back on chickpeas.....probably not, but maybe! Ha!
