I made your cornbread in my cast iron skillet yesterday. It came out great and was a hit! Thanks for the recipe!

That's great! I tried it this week with my new mini loaf pan - I can make 8 mini cornbreads in it. It takes 11 minutes and they're done. Love that recipe!
